TEDDY: I want you to make a list.
CRISTINA: Okay, where? On a blackboard? “I will not do any surgeries without a safety helmet.” Hmm?
TEDDY: I want you to make a list of every surgery  that you have ever dreamed of performing. Shoot for the moon, and I will try to get you some. Because we’re done. You’ve graduated. This is your present. 
CRISTINA: You’re messing with me. 
TEDDY: Alright, you know, at— at the beginning of this year, you nearly killed Alex Karev in that O.R. because you just had to get in there, you had to be the best, and you had to be first. But today… Today I saw a different surgeon. Every bit as good, every bit as advanced, but you were willing to work on a team. Today… You put the patient before yourself. And that is who I wanted to see. So… you’re done. Make a list.
